Our aim is to get furniture to you within 2-5 weeks of ordering, however, should this be longer we will endeavor to contact you at the earliest convenience.
The Furniture Directory is able to offer a free delivery service to all our customers in the area of South and South West Wales. The area boundary is shown on the map above (south of the red line), please feel free to contact us should you have any queries or concerns regarding this.
The Furniture Directory offers a unique and quality service; 'The Complete Delivery Service'. Delivery is brought to you via our own vehicles, identifiable by The Furniture Directory logo. Our delivery team consists of two fully trained men who will deliver furniture to any room of your choice and assemble when necessary. Most of our furniture is already assembled, however, should assembly be needed this is included in the price e.g; putting legs on dining tables or putting beds or wardrobes together. All packaging is then removed. All we ask is that there is sufficient access to the room required and that space for your items is available.
If you are within our Free Delivery Zone just 'Buy' and 'Checkout' as normal.
If you would like delivery outside of our Free Delivery Zone please contact us via email or telephone for a free quote. We are willing and able to delivery further afield. Our normal delivery service will be used when possible, however delivery outside the Free Delivery Zone may be by a Reputable Home Delivery Firm.

Some items of furniture are made to order so in these cases please contact us to discuss return options. Divan beds and Mattresses are non returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty for hygiene reasons.
While we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you'll want to return some items. Items qualifying for return must be done so within 14 days of receipt and in there original condition and un-used, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.

Customers will be liable for any postage costs. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
